This Privacy Policy covers the Baunto Discord bot (“the Service”), operated by skywin.

Data we store
- Per-server configuration (review channel id, configuring admin Discord id, timestamps)
- Hunt submissions (monster/location/level/vocation/party details, analyser text, submitter Discord id)
- Community votes (approve/reject) with voter Discord ids
- Approved hunt records used for estimates (shared globally across servers)
- Creature name cache from public Tibia data sources
Baunto does not currently offer a user-facing OAuth web login.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest / contract to provide hunt estimates and moderated community submissions in servers that invited the bot.
Your rights
Contact the operator via Discord to request access or deletion of submission-related personal data where feasible. Server admins can remove the bot to stop further collection for that server.
Retention
Config and hunt records are kept while useful for the Service unless removed on request or operational cleanup.
