Data we store
- Delivery channel registrations (Discord guild id + channel id)
- Ids of Tibia forum posts already seen (to avoid re-announcing)
- Optional announce snapshots / translation cache of public forum post text
- Message ids of Discord announces we posted
The bot scrapes publicly available Tibia forum pages. It does not use Discord OAuth for end users.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest to deliver public forum announcements to servers that invited and configured the bot.
Your rights
Server admins can clear channel registrations with slash commands. Contact the operator to request deletion of stored guild/channel mappings.
Retention
Seen-post ids and delivery config remain while the Service runs for that deployment unless cleared.
